Philmont Information

 

The trek dates are as follows:
Arrive Date 7/18/10
Depart Date 7/30/10

Transportation is by train which adds to the days before and after.

Cost:
$620 per participant.
$285 per person is due to me by no later than this Tuesday the 29th at the committee meeting (7:00pm More Hall)
Final $335 ($285 + $50(deposit already paid by Troop)) is due March 1, 2010
 
Transportation (train) will be purchased individually + other miscellaneous costs that are incurred on the trip itself in July 2010.
 
If you would like to use accumulated excess funraising credits to pay a boy's fee, let me know (no check required).
 
Between the racing flyers, popcorn, pancake breakfasts, fish frys, and coupon books, an energetic boy should be able to raise the money needed for summer camp, and Philmont this year.
